SWISSCOOL MAGNUM UX 750 is a universal, water-miscible, mineral oil-containing cutting fluid. Free from chlorine, boron and formaldehyde. The additives used in the coolant allow a material mix of all standard aluminium, steel and non-ferrous metal alloys.
The product’s high-quality emulsifier system, state-of-the-art technology and excellent lubrication components make a broad range of applications possible. Suitable for light to heavy-duty machining operations.

Our cleaning procedure includes:
System cleaner added to your machine.
Old coolant removed, sump and interior cleaned. Conveyor also cleaned if fitted.
Machine filled with weak solution of new coolant (1 or 2%) and circulate to flush out residues of old coolant.
Fully empty coolant wipe down all surfaces.
Refill system as recommended by fluid supplier.

Same machines, same material, same components, same feeds and speeds. The ETL Fluid Experts engineer just gave my machine a thorough clean and filled with the Motorex coolant. Top up has been minimal (1%) and the machine is still fresh and clean 6 months later. The performance, as well as the financial benefits, have convinced us to convert the whole workshop over to Motorex.
