Refund and Returns Policy

Any discrepancy on orders must notified within 10 days of receiving goods. If more than 10 days have passed since receiving your goods, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in a resellable condition and in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at ETL Fluid Experts discretion for example: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Each request will be considered individually.

Dispatch Times

Stock items are dispatched in 3 working days. Non stock items would be advised on order.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a credit value is granted, it will be applied to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at sales@etlfe(dot)com for details on how to proceed.

You will be responsible for returning the item at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping costs for goods sent out will not be refunded.
