Description
SwissCool Magnum UX 550 is a water-miscible mineral oil cutting fluid. Its high-quality emulsifier system is excellent for lubricating components in a wide range of applications. It is suitable for light to heavy-duty machine operations.

Our cleaning procedure includes:
System cleaner accurately added to your machine; at the correct dosage for machine conditions to achieve best results.
Old coolant removed, sump and machine interior cleaned. Conveyor and filters also cleaned if fitted.
Machine partially filled with weak solution of new coolant and circulated to flush out residues and remaining old coolant.
Coolant fully emptied. All surfaces wiped down.
Machine refilled as recommended by fluid supplier.
Coolant monitoring charts updated for HSE.
